Venue Survey

Knowing about a venue ahead of time can prove critical to the level of preparation your team has at trial time. Details about a room’s layout, its power sources, internet connectivity, its accessibility and storage space all can play a role in what equipment you’ll need at trial and how it’s configured.

AQUIPT conducts systematic venue surveys for clients in which we record critical information about a room’s layout, furniture, accessibility, lighting, power, internet connectivity, storage and security. But observations and measurements are not all we include in our survey. We also take the time to speak to court personnel and others that might share important information about a venue. We organize this information in the form of an executive summary for our client that includes “to-scale” computer generated schematics of the courtroom or war room, photographs and recommendations on placement and configuration of equipment.
