Digital WarRoom Partners with Aquipt to Expand E-Discovery Hosting Options for Law Firms

Simon Beeny / October 18, 2012 /

Digital WarRoom today announced a cooperative relationship with Aquipt that will expand the e-discovery case data hosting options for law firms and e-discovery service providers.

Digital WarRoom is the first e-discovery platform to provide law firms, corporate legal and e-discovery teams with complete ESI processing, document review and production in a single application, eliminating traditional high-cost volume-based processing fees.

Aquipt provides IT services to the legal industry, offering a portfolio of technologies designed specifically to help law firms and service providers address the fluctuating demands of IT in legal. The new joint effort between the companies will provide law firms and e-discovery service providers the ability to create a Digital WarRoom e-discovery center in Aquipt’s MatterPoint cloud environment. MatterPoint provides an all-inclusive infrastructure including hardware, software, networking and support service. Once the Digital WarRoom e-discovery center is created, the law firm or service provider has around-the-clock access to Digital WarRoom as a service, while IT services and administration are handled by Aquipt.

“We are excited to work with Digital WarRoom in helping law firms build successful e-discovery operations,” said Bob Rivas, Executive Director at Aquipt. “With Digital WarRoom in the Aquipt MatterPoint platform, litigation support teams working on an e-discovery case can transfer ESI data files to their dedicated vault over our secure encrypted transmission service, and then instantly begin processing within the Digital WarRoom application.”

“Growth in litigation and increasing pressure for efficiency are driving rapid growth for Digital WarRoom e-discovery software” said Robert Powell, operations director for Digital WarRoom for the east coast and Europe. “Many of our law firm clients are establishing a dedicated e-discovery practice, to provide higher levels of service while lowering their costs. Hosting on MatterPoint allows case teams to focus on the e-discovery process and document review, rather than IT hardware and maintenance. The Aquipt team has an outstanding record of success in the legal industry, and we are pleased to be working with them for the benefit of our growing law firm clients.”

E-discovery service providers and litigation support teams are invited to visit the Digital WarRoom Partners website to learn more about opportunities in e-discovery hosting with Digital WarRoom.
